“We just completed having our kitchen remodeled. We are so pleased not only with the end result but how wonderful it was working with Lisa Figueroa. First, we have appreciated a number of aspects of the remodel. We didn’t have a huge budget, but you worked with us anyway providing wonderful, budget-friendly yet beautiful and functional cabinets. Francisco did a fabulous job on the installation. We chose hardware from your showroom that was reasonably priced and is perfect for us. We also chose beautiful tile backsplash from your showroom selections. The end result is that we have a truly wonderful kitchen that we will enjoy for many years. Even when we had some difficulties with installation, our needs were met graciously and the work has been completed. Secondly, Lisa has been marvelous to work with. She was able to explain options and help with the design. She was patient as I changed the design many times before placing the order. “We recently decided to remodel our kitchen. We quickly figured out that the project was becoming overwhelming. With all the choices of cabinet manufactures, cabinet grades, woods, styles, colors, not to mention countertops, we were in over our heads. After researching various companies, we decided on Interior Innovations. We could not have made a better decision. The owner and employees were outstanding. From Ann (Manager), Lacey (Designer), Stacy(office and initial point of contact), to Louie and Josh who oversaw the project and completed the majority of the work. There were other subcontractors that were involved, and to a person, everyone was very professional and friendly. More importantly, they were always on time, and usually early for their scheduled time of arrival. This was very much appreciated! With help from Lacey, we settled on the Dewils manufacturer and Cambria countertops. Again, we could not be happier with those decisions. Both are very high quality products that gave us exactly what we were looking for in our remodel. We would highly recommend Interior Innovations, and would not hesitate to use them again for any interior renovations that we may have.”
“We had a very pleasant experience having Interior Innovations remodel our bathroom. I thought I knew what I wanted, but our contact, Rick, suggested a few things I hadn’t thought of — which lead to a much nicer finished product. We did not use an interior decorator, but Rick went with us more than once to select the right products. Our supervisor and the specialists he used were neat and professional. Most important of all, they wanted us to be happy with the finished product, so when I hesitantly told them I was unhappy with where the vanity had been installed…they said “no problem. “Wanted to take time to let you know how happy and thrilled Hannelore and I are with the bathroom remodeling Interior Innovations has completed. The project came out just as Rick had drawn up and was done in timely manner, which he stated it would and it came in under budget. In today’s age that is almost unheard of. Everybody from Emmanuel who did the tile, to Harvey, plumbers who had to come on numerous occasions, to Ron the Superintendent and the office staff at Interior Innovations were so courteous, polite and very helpful. All the sub-contractors were on time, picked up after themselves and showed our home the respect it deserves. Their workmanship was outstanding, and all went the extra mile to meet our expectations. Ron was always here following up and had the answer to every question we asked. I must say Rick, you have a great team working for you and it shows in their attitude and workmanship. Kudos to you!!!! “Early this year, my husband, Stephen, and I contracted with Interior Innovations to redesign and remodel two of our bathrooms; one, a hallway powder room, and the other a Jack-and-Jill full bath. We also had all the flooring in our home redone, replacing old-style tile with new, wood-look porcelain tile, and updating the carpeting in the bedrooms.The designs were gorgeous; the work done expertly by some of the nicest craftsmen we’ve met; and we could not be happier with the finished product! While I cannot say that I fully enjoyed the process of renovation (this was my first experience) and being out of my home for weeks, I can say unequivocally that Louie and the team were there at every step to “hold my hand” and keep things moving right along. (And, to top it all off, they were all so, so kind to our dog, Skittles!). If we do any projects again (the kitchen is beckoning), we will absolutely call Interior Innovations. Only.”
“Let me refer you to Interior Innovations and specifically Louie Rocha. We are just completing a second major remodel this year designed by Louie Rocha. Within weeks of starting our first remodel, converting two bedrooms and the bath as a Mother-in-Law apartment, we knew that Louie was just as worried as we were that the job went well. He made sure that there were no major cost over-runs (less than 1% and directly related to unseen structural fixes) and in fact made sure that not only my husband and I, but my Mom were happy with everything. Although major remodels are never fun, with Louie watching over our job we knew that we would be happy with the outcome and we are actually more than happy we are over- the -moon.”
