Ann Lyons is the Operations Manager for our Scottsdale and Sun City West showrooms.  She has been working in the remodeling industry for 20 years and has extensive management and selling experience.  Her ultimate goal is to ensure every customer receives outstanding customer service and the finished product exceeds their expectations.

Lisa Figueroa

Design & Sales Consultant

Lisa Figureoa is an integral part of our sales staff for Interior Innovations.  As a designer, it is her goal to listen to your needs and to design a space that is beautiful, functional and within budget.  She can help you navigate through all the different options we offer here at Interior Innovations.

She looks forward to partnering with you and providing you exceptional customer service and design solutions to fit your needs.  (Lisa works out of the North West Tucson Location)

Angelica Hernandez

Angelica Hernandez is a sales consultant for Interior Innovations and works out of both stores in the Tucson area (Tuesdays only at the Ruthrauff Store).  Angelica has been with Interior Innovations since 2008.  She brings a vast knowledge of the industry and love for the design process.  Her innate talent is reflected in the final product that has been carefully crafted between the clients and herself.  She welcomes you to contact her to begin designing the room of your dreams.  Feel free to contact her at either the Northwest or Downtown locations in Tucson.

 

Vivian Howlett

Design Assistant To Lenny Rohlik

Vivian Howlett is our design assistant to Lenny Rohlik. She has been in the cabinet and remodeling industry for over 23 years now, mostly in back office support for design and sales.  Vivian is always ready to offer her assistance in the showroom helping clients with cabinet and color selections.  She looks forward to having you visit our showroom and would love to assist you in your remodeling project.  Vivian works out of our Northwest store in Tucson.

Becky Grano

Sales & Design Consultant

Becky Grano is a sales & design consultant at our Downtown Tucson store.  Becky has designed over 100 kitchens and bathrooms, focusing on aesthetics and function.  With a Associates Degree in Interior Design and extensive product knowledge, her designing style takes your ideas and turns them into functioning spaces that you can call home.  She loves anything organizing and is always seeking the newest trend for your kitchen and bathroom organizing.  Becky works out of our Downtown Tucson location and would love to be part of your remodeling experience.

Rick Ritivoy

Sales & Design Consultant

Rick’s Background is a compilation of 40 years of experience as a licensed builder, real estate broker, and a designer that is five star rated on Houzz. His over 12,000 past projects as a design/build consultant offers valuable guidance to his clients avoiding costly mistakes but forging solid designs that are not only stunning but practical in space planning.  If you are considering a room addition, whole house renovation or just want a very, very nice kitchen and bath you will appreciate Rick’s calm demeanor, humor and computer generated design images to help you determine exactly what you will love about your home’s new look.  He truly cares about his clients and helps them through material selections, color and textures for that perfect look.

Louie Rocha

Senior Design and Sales Consultant

  Louie Rocha was a multi subdivision carpentry framing superintendent for Pratte Development when they were purchased by Pulte Homes in 2004. In 2007 Louie completed his college degree in business and opened a small carpentry company that he ran for the next few years and then he became a builder. In 2017 he became the Interior Innovations General Building Superintendent and oversaw the completion of the projects in the East Valley district. In 2019 Louie became an Interior Innovations Design and Sales Consultant. Louie’s focus in design is on Color Theory and Color Energetics. He wants to know how your current space makes you feel and how you would like to feel. He believes that form and function are very important but the way your new space makes you feel runs very deep.  

Stacy Roman

Customer Service Rep.

Stacy Ann Roman, our customer service representative with 30 years of Inventory Control, Purchasing Specialist, Management in Safety and Health, Environmental Protection & Security Specialist.  As an employee for both our Scottsdale & Sun City locations, she provides outstanding customer service support to both internal and external customers.

Ray Smith

Sales & Design Consultant

Ray Smith enjoys helping his customers design & build kitchens that are beautiful, yet functional. He has created a loyal customer base that comes back years later.

Working out of the Sun City showroom, Ray is a very detail focused designer and does a great job managing his projects. His background encompasses residential and commercial construction.

Jeff Wheeler

Tucson Construction & Installation Manager

 

Jeff Wheeler has been with Interior Innovations as a manager since our inception.  Jeff runs our Tucson field operations and installation crews which encompasses everything from remodel construction work to  Cabinet & Counter-top installation & service.

 

Tom Koflanovich

Accounting

Tom Koflanovich handles all aspects of accounting for Interior Innovations.  Tom has a diverse business background including many years involved with the AEC community.  Tom is an avid UofA fan and golfer, he sometimes finds time for work.

 

Josh Doolin

Phoenix Metro – Field Superintendent

Josh is a second generation carpenter, Josh has 5 years of residential remodeling experience, 4 years of rough framing, and three years on a turn key crew where he apprenticed under a journeyman trim carpenter. Customer service and satisfaction is his highest priority. He has always insisted on staying in the residential side of the business. Making a dream come true for a customer offers both parties great satisfaction. Josh truly enjoys the work and has built strong relationships from his hard work.
